ACE Security's roots in the business, in Middle Georgia, go back to 1930, with incorporation in 1934, longer than any other locally owned security company. Actually, my great-grandmother bought the property on which we are located in 1892.Our primary goal is to provide high reliability, with excellent detection and security, with minimal false alarm problems while providing excellent service. In order to accomplish these goals, we select the best, and usually the more expensive, equipment available in the security market.
Over the years, we have learned that customers look for three things when they spend their money. They look for the finest quality, the best service, and the lowest investment. We don't believe that any company can offer all three. The finest quality and the best service cannot be offered for the lowest investment. So, for our customers' greatest benefit, we believe the finest quality and the best service are our primary goals.

Just wanted to say that our family has been using Ace Security for 3 generations. My grandparents have been with them since the 70's then my parents in the 90's and now me. They have always been there when we need them and I know they will be here tomorrow for my family. Ace is truly a top notch company and we highly recommend them.

ACE Security is the best security company hands down! They are locally owned and operated and they care about their customers. Most security companies are greedy corporations that only care about the profit, but not ACE. The employees there have been in this industry for years and have the knowledge and experience to know how to protect my home. If you want a company you can trust, call them.

We had ace in the past and the service was good. Started calling to get a quote to upgrade our system. I could not get a call back. My wife called spoke with Rick and set an appointment for 9:30. Now just to be clear my wife agreed to the early time due to me having some late afternoon appointments. No show at 9:30 called, did not get Rick but was told he had scheduled it at 6:30.
I would have never agreed to that time. Put it simply Ace could care less about past customers so if this apply 's to you don't waste your time. I would advise to look for other options. Called two other companies just now and one is on the way and the other at 1pm. I guess the difference is they want new customers.
