Really bad customer service. Unable to bill properly several times with a credit card on file. Several apologies but continued to make the same mistakes. Discontinued the monitoring service, called for a service call due to alarm not working was advised I would receive a call that morning from a technician. Called against at 3:30 pm left message, received a call at 4:30 pm. Was told alarm was deactivated.
When the alarm was purchased monitoring was optional now it does not work. I Ask who I was speaking to and he finally identified himself as Mike the owner. Mike thought it was quite funny I was upset with his company and I could hear him laughing on the phone I apparently purchased an alarm system that is no longer operable and they will not stand behind 11/18/21 George the owner has looked at the system and is making every effort to make things right. Thank you George
