I have been a customer of American Alarm Systems since 2001. We have a a system with over 25 sensors. Over the Past 20 years they have been able to keep my up and system running. It's Service Department is top notch and retains its employees. The Tech person who took over the system in 2001 is the same person, who I requested, that diagnosed and fixed a sensor today. I highly recommend them for all home alarm systems and monitoring.

First of all I would like to shout out for Alissa, your sales rep. She is knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. Service techs were efficient, competent and friendly. I gave a 9 because it's too early for a 10. I am still new at this, just got the system, but have complete confidence that AAS will prove a good investment--especially in these crazy time.
