The technician was friendly yet professional. He stated that he'd been doing that type of work for 15 years which was very reassuring to us. Two new color touchscreen control panels, door sensors, three external cameras and one internal camera was installed. In addition the existing window sensors were connected to the system. He also took time to walk us through how to use the system. The company has also offered to continue providing support as needed. Needless to say, we are very pleased.

The folks at American Guadian Security Systems helped us map out the system that is right for us. Brant Henke discussed all the options with me, and provided knowledgable and reasonably affordable options. The installer came out on time, (And was even a few minutes early!) The installation was done in under two hours, and the he took the time to explain the system, making sure we understood everything before he left.

The installer was courteous and wore a mask the whole time he was in our home, which we really appreciated. If you're looking to install a security system for your home, I highly recommend AGSS.
