Arcom has been my alarm monitoring service for over twenty years and I can't say enough good things about them. They also monitored my mother's security system, and her experience was nothing but positive, too. This family-owned business takes great pride in being responsive, professional, and very competitively priced. If I place a service call, a tech is scheduled quickly and they are always on time. I've used them to monitor my security system, install or repair components of the system, and work on the network wiring in my house.
One of the best aspects of Arcom is that they seem to be able to monitor almost any brand of security hardware, as opposed to the "big name" companies that insist that you completely replace any existing hardware for them to do the monitoring. Arcom's willingness to work with what's already in the house has saved me thousands of dollars across the four homes I've had. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone!
