Excellent support in selecting equipment for my home. Display studio had many brands and models to view and hear. Wesley was very helpful in selecting the right equipment for my home. Installation team was on time and efficient- answered all questions that I had. I had to call back for help in using the equipment a couple times - A/V was most helpful and willing to send the installers back out to help me out. Great experience with all of the folks there.

I've used Audio Video's services and equipment for almost 30 years. They are very knowledgeable about current equipment and their technicians know what they're doing during installation and service calls. I've used Audio Video for whole house TV's, home automation of lights, A/C and speakers. When a service call is needed a technician trained in the problem area comes out and fixes the problem. Often, they're able to diagnose and correct the problem in short order. If parts are needed, they get them ordered and come back out when they arrive. I'm very satisfied with their products and service and highly recommend Audio Video.

Great Place! These guys installed a whole-home sound and automation system in a new house for my Mom about 6 years ago and she has been very happy with the work. Knowledgeable technicians; professional service; dependable work. The system works great and any time we have had any questions, Mr. Boeker would call out the troops and resolve any issues promptly.

We recently rebuilt our home and installed a sound system throughout the house and also on our outside living areas. With the onset of the pandemic we have not had the occasion to fully use this wonderful extension of music but now the future is looking like we will be able to. We also installed several new televisions and all the personnel at Audio Video were excellent in their understanding of our needs regarding explanations and their patience in answering questions. We highly recommend them. We may be technologically challenged but we were never made to feel that way in any of our dealings with this company and their staff.

When I first got into this hobby years ago, I must have called 50 different vendors and stores across the USA over the course of two weeks looking for that someone that could understand my needs and concerns.

I have done several home projects with Audio Video and have always been very pleased with their customer service, equipment selections and installation. They have the best, most unique products and their designers are top notch. Whenever I need something checked out at my house, they are here promptly. I recommend Audio Video very highly!
