My husband and I decided to change our home security system. Evan was great explaining beacon services and made the switch so easy. We had Adam come into our house to install the new system, he was very thorough, clear while explaining what he was going to do. We are just so glad that we won't have alarms going off at 2 AM, and customer service won't be able to fix anything at all.

Frank was my technician. He was very helpful it took him no time to set up the equipment. He made me feel at ease with working the alarm system. He was great!

We inherited a fire alarm system that needed to be assessed and monitored. Thanks to Mark, we were able to install a new system within days. He was early for our appointment and happily explained everything about how the system works. I called several other places that either did not respond or did not want to work with a residential system. I am so happy to have found Beacon and Mark. I feel that our home is well protected!

Evan was overly responsive (I think he would answer his phone at any hour on any day and don't even know if he sleeps!) and super informative. Not sure how many people can say they have a Senior Security Representative in their back pocket but I feel that way with Evan and it makes me so much more confident in Beacon! I also love how they do all of the battery replacements, maintenance, etc at no extra cost! So glad we left ADT!

Getting the alarm and camera system couldn't have been easier. Thank you Mark and coworkers for such a seamless process. The cameras are top notch quality there's no wires hanging all over my shop and they are reasonably priced. Definitely recommend them.
