We had them come in and do a complete security job. Brian & Tristan were awesome. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My husband had questions (as always) and they took the time to explain every aspect of what they were doing. I only wish we'd gotten them sooner. I definitely recommend Custom Security. Love that the monitoring is local and not located in Utah or some other state.

The services you could ever ask for. The technician are polite and extremely professional. They came out and was prompt and worked swiftly to get my services installed and up an running. We call the respond very quickly with any problems you my have. They dispatch operators are on they job as well. If you alarm goes by mistake or low battery cell they are calling in a matter of seconds. I would recommend Custom Security to Everyone. I appreciate Custom Security, you have a customer for life!

We had been customers of Custom Security for many years and recently moved. We decided to once again call Custom to install at our new home. We added the home security system as well as cameras, door locks etc. The set up team did such a great job installing all of the many features of my system. They were so nice, very efficient, and extremely helpful.

I have been using Custom for many many years. I give them a five star rating for being top notch. Secondly, I had Mr. Alex come out and change up something in my home and wow better than five stars in professionalism, caring, knowledge, I mean my list can keep going on and on.
