Dillard Alarm Company was founded in July of 1976 by Jimmy and Dorothy Dillard. Jimmy started out with a single vehicle and ran the small business out of the family room of their home. Jimmy did all aspects of installation and service, while his wife Dorothy answered the phone and typed contracts and bills. Jimmy always tried to provide the best possible service to his customers and the phone would ring in the family home all hours of the day and night.Today, Dillard Alarm Company is still family owned and has a small staff of dedicated and highly trained employees that concentrate on the greater Fredericksburg Area. Most of the dedicated employees are also volunteers with the local fire & rescue community. The company and the employees see the importance of security and life safety and the value of giving back to the community that we live in.

Warning USAA Members do not solicit a quote or repair from this vendor. Has mileage restriction to only provide service that is within 30 miles of Fredericksbury, albeit a company policy. Poor business judgement. Business School teaches you " Sales drive production" and driving 41 miles and gaining customers is the objective. Amazing that the security system equipment purchased for installation is provided by various manufacturers hundreds of miles away. In closing, very disappointing.

I've been doing business with Dillard Alarm for 6 years now and I have been nothing but 100% satisfied! I recently moved locations and had 2 new alarm systems installed; when they were doing their paperwork it was found that I was owed a partial refund for the payment at my old space, since I paid up front for the year and wasn't there the entire time.
This was a finding on THEIR part, not mine. I honestly wouldn't have know the difference and when I got the phone call from Whitney (who has always been extremely helpful and professional) stating that I was getting some duckets back, I was highly impressed. Honest, reputable and professional! A++
