I am so happy our church decided to use First Class Security Systems. They were so patient with us when we were deciding if we needed to upgrade our old system. They were willing to quote and quote again based on us changing the scope more than once. The installation went very smoothly and the quality of the views from the cameras are amazing. Everyone is so happy we made this choice.
I was particularly impressed with Chris, one of their lead technicians. It is obvious he enjoys his job. He is good at it and his personal skills are outstanding. I'd recommend them in a heart beat.

When my wife and I decided to add some security to our house, First Class Security Systems was our first and only call. When Ezra came to give us an estimate he was very helpful in explaining what types of products they offered and how they would benefit us. We decided to start with a camera system and he was able to help educate me on the capabilities of the different cameras and NVRs that were available.
He was able to install everything and integrate the NVR with our home network so that we can access live streaming or playback from just about any screen that we want to use (cell phones, Laptops, even the TV in the living room). When/if we decide to expand our current system, we will be calling you again. Thanks!

I am the community manager of Peakview By Horsehoe Lake - 222 community apartment homes in Loveland Colorado. First Class has provided camera security as well as our access keys fob system to our pool and fitness center for numerous years. Bob and his team are truly first class in product knowledge, customer service and provide immediate response time to any issue that might occur.
We love when Chris or Loren come to our property they have such positive energy and professional charm. I had an additional gate that I needed to be active and mated with our current system and Barak had an estimate in hours and the work was done within the next week. My employer used First Class for some work we need to our alarm. Not only did they get everything to work but used the right components that handle the abuse of rookie forklift drivers three year later. I called them up to get some parts for my own home system. They had it in stock and mailed to me. Top rate, first rate, first class.
