Company and service is the worst I've ever dealt with. So many times my alarm went off and never got a notification or call from their monitoring service. I finally moved to Interstate alarm. Interstate is a great company and provides great service for us.

This is one of the worse run companies i have ever seen took them a year no lie to install my alarm system two sails persons later its still not done.reschedule after reschedule because of the wrong parts then being put on the bottom of the schedule every time being about 6 times.when i confronted them about being put on the bottom of the schedule they got made at me.there camera systems don't have night vision when i said something about that there reaction was to leave the lights on.what a joke not to mention i spent over 5 grand on these fools.now a year after they have gone one of my cameras has quit working. My challenge starts 2 years ago when I asked for a quote what I agreed with. After the system was installed complete with cameras I found out the monitoring fee quoted was not accurate. The fee for monitoring did not include the fee for remote access. It was not clear in the quote nor the on the contract. The wifi service I had was not sufficient to view the cameras so I had to pay $20 more per month for internet service.

You'd think that would have been known by Grizzly with all their install right? Ffwd to January 2016. My alarm goes off while on vacation. I'm told by the old guy there that I don't have a valid contract with them (I in fact did). I asked to have the security dispatched and I'd pay. He said security doesn't go out to my cabin. To keep a long story short I had to call the local sheriffs to resolve it.

The issue was an installation error by Grizzly. Then there was an issue with an IP address change that I had to pay Grizzly for service again even though the provider changed nothing. In late fall I requested a service appointment and stayed an extra day (Monday) in the USA because they don't work weekends. They missed the appointment and no one was answering phones or returning calls on Monday when I phoned.

I would have preferred to go home Sunday night rather than waste one of my days off waiting for a service call that would never happen. I did not receive a reply until I emailed days later asking what the owner would do to compensate. Weeks later no reply until I again asked for one. I didn't get a phone call just a long winded email about not having a valid contract, mistakes happen, etc and how they don't charge when the customer misses appointments. He just didn't care. Period. So based on all this I would steer clear of Grizzly. There are other dealers in Kalispell that are honest and reliable.

Not sure what is considered being on time for an appointment here in Kalispell however we had a 10 am set for today and they called yday to confirm and yet no show or even a call today. I'm going to move the service if possible, there is a thing called respect. Good grief.
