Hesi HESI was established in 1991 by Chris Wiedenmann and Rick Spring. HESI has since grown into one of the biggest Systems Integration Companies in Oklahoma. Our history began while Chris and Rick were both working for the same large shipping company. They had a dream to open an audio and video business together to provide customers with the best quality electronic equipment at the most affordable price, Rick and Chris started their business in Rick's home office with one other employee and with one company vehicle.

After many years of devoted efforts and hard work from Chris and Rick, HESI has developed into a 3000 sq. ft. frontage office location with a $100, 000.00 modern and up to date showroom with all of the latest and finest equipment while employing 23 full time employees.

Rick is currently the vice president and business operations manager at the company. Rick oversees the daily operations & business aspects of HESI. Rick also sells and designs the Audio and Alarm Systems.

Jim is the Customer Service Representative for the Alarm Division and oversees the service scheduling. Jim has been with H.E.S.I. since 2003.

We have been very pleased with our service. I will rate five stars based on prior service and not this one episode. It Friday evening and Monday is a holiday. I here a beep every little bit and the service department says it is because battery is low, and they can't tell me how to change it out. They did offer to have someone come out Tuesday. I can pay them an emergency fee and they will send someone out.

I am not happy, because a service department should be able to just turn it off from their end or tell me how to stop the constant beeping. I want to sleep at night. I also have company at my home tonight.

We have been an HESI/TAG alarm group customer for over 13 years in two houses. We are moving out of state and out of their service area. They have presented us a $301.21 charge for the remaing 10 months of a current monitoring service. They offered to reduce the fee by 50% but as to a waiver given that we have been with them for 13 years - no dice. The service rep would not allow us to talk to the owners, only offering "to pass our comments along" Very frustrating and not the type of service we would ever want again.
