I just thought I'd let you know that early this morning we a break-in at the Menonomie, WI location. Someone broke into the tanning salon next door and kicked a hole right through the sheetrock into our office. The motion detectors set off the alarm and they must have left immediately, because the police were there within a few minutes and nothing was missing.

We had a home security system installed by HTS Security and had an outstanding experience with this company! Mark and his team are knowledgeable and professional, not to mention punctual. They showed up at the scheduled time and finished a phenomenal job in a timely manner. They use all of the newest and up to date materials and the system looks very nice in our home. We feel safer in our home knowing we have a security system installed by HTS!

We recently did a remodel of our facility. We contacted multiple alarm & camera vendors in the area. Mark & his team were awesome to deal with. Not only were they a local company, they were far above the competitors in customer service. They brought the latest gear available at a price that couldn't be beat. I was very worried about the install as our building is brand new, but they left it perfect & can sleep now that we're covered with alarm & camera's I can view from my phone

Mark does business right. He started with handling my house and because of his excellent customer service I had him handle my business as well. He is prompt and does work right the first time. I did not know him prior and we are not friends outside of our friendly client relationship. This is an honest review of a good company. I think I have done maybe 4 other reviews but I felt this company deserved a good review.
