Extremely unprofessional and lacks CCTV System Experience. We are a small hotel with a very simple CCTV system and were in need of moving 2 DVRS to a different room. The technician (very rude and with an attitude) came and messed up the existing system (looks like they wanted to change all our cameras by sabotaging the existing ones). Out of the 32 cameras we had working they broke about 6 of them with the purpose of selling us the replacement. Also, they used our existing wiring meant for a different purpose (HDMI cables meant for video, cables they charged us for and never brought).
If you want to have a working CCTV system and don't want to get ripped off, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. My 5 year old niece can do a better job, and more importantly, she's honest. Now we are searching for someone brave enough to come fix the absolute MESS this company did. Attached pictures of their wonderful service.

This was the second camera company we used and they beyond exceeded our expectations. We are a church and preschool in a commercial building and the services were completed very quickly and professionally. Two employees, one more experienced one more new. The more experienced employee was extremely rude and disrespectful to the more new employee! So sad to witness and made me want to tell him off. So unprofessional as well and gave me second hand embarrassment. Learn some manners and try to encourage new employees to learn rather than making them feel like an idiot and trash because of some silly newbie mistakes, that's how you treated him.

I hired them to do 6 cameras in my home. They finished everything in a day perfect timing for me to leave my house for vacation with protection.ever since my vehicle got broken into. Let's just say these guys know what they're doing. They were very professional.did the job neat. In all a good job I rate 5 stars.

These guys gave me an awesome deal. The service they provide is excellent. They did such a great job. The cameras look great! Anytime I need to add a camera or need help they were just a phone call away. Honestly I can't recommend them enough. They really went far beyond the service I expected.
