Sal did a great job! We weren't sure if opening the lock would cause damage, but in the end Sal did it with ease and very little damage. Slight cosmetic and barely detectible! This was a door knob that had a great life, but was now deceased in a bad way. Don't hesitate to call Lion Security if you're locked out! Brilliant! Thanks!

I needed fast service ASAP to help get me into my home after my entry lock stopped working. Ozzie was dispatched and arrived within the hour (even in afternoon traffic that is excellent time)! Ozzie went through a few troubleshooting techniques and eventually determined that my lock was defective. The mobile service was equipped with a new lock that Qzzie installed and re-keyed so that I could still use the existing upper deadbolt. Plus he also cut extra keys. I was extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them for anyone with lock/security needs!

I just installed three cameras and new "pick-free" locks. Leo and his crew are amazing. They put the cameras in and installed all the locks (with keys ) and were diligent, lovely, and cleaned up everything so it was spotless. Leo is incredibly patient and charming. I am not a phone geek, and Leo help me install the app. for the cameras, showed me how to use it ( over and over again without getting at all upset or impatient) and then said he would come back to help my husband download his phone as well.
