My wife and I just moved into our new home. We were present for the final install of our sound and Wi-Fi systems. Ken and Mike, the 2 technicians what conducted the final install, were exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, courteous and just plain ole friendly. I'm picky and I looked at just about everything that was done, and I am totally impressed with the quality of their work. I am proud to have had Ken and Mike accomplish the install. I could not have asked for better service from them.

This company is superb. They installed in home sound, tv, and security in our new home. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. They took the time to organize and place all equipment and wires into existing media cabinets so that nothing is visible. They also took the time to bring us up to speed on learning to operation each component. The company is quite responsive to questions and show a sense of urgency in getting back to the customer. I would highly recommend them.

We use Port City Sound and Security for our surround sound, whole home audio and networking while building our custom home. We have been very pleased with our products. Recently, we had some issues with our streaming with our audio system, and our remote for surround sound/cable/tv. Jared came to our home, took his time to complete the tasks and answered all of our questions.
He was very thorough, very attentive to our questions; and I am a very non-technical person, but he explained in a way that I could easily understand. Outstanding service. Thank you for making sure everything was working satisfactory prior to your departure (a 2hr drive).

Port City Sound & Security has been wonderful to work with. They installed all of our televisions and surround sound and/or audio systems in four of our rooms in our newly constructed home. They also installed our security system. The entire staff communicated promptly, delivered as they said they would and cleaned up behind themselves. They continue to help troubleshoot problems that my children create & it is very appreciated! I would highly recommend them for any of your tv, sound or security needs! A+

Port City Sound & Security did a complete pre-construction design of a whole house media system including Built-in flat screen, A/V receiver, surround and distributed speakers in other rooms--all in 2005. Their installation was flawless. Over the years, the satellite TV equipment's technology changed and the old A/V receiver was obsolete as confirmed by the manufacturer.
In addition, in the ensuing years we switched service providers several times, resulting in a wire mess that looked like an aircraft carrier wiring harness. Late in 2018, I engaged Port City Sound to upgrade the system. They installed a new AV receiver and cleaned up all the wires that accumulated over the years, leaving a very neat, clean and organized audio cabinet.
The cost was minimal and their work was excellent. Their installer spent plenty of time showing us, the complete neophytes, how to operate the new receiver and related equipment. In summary, I would work with Port City anytime and can recommend them to all without hesitation.

Our Experience with Port City Sound and Security has been terrific! They have exceeded our expectations for Quality, knowledge, accountability, coordinating with other trades, professionalism, and being patient teaching us how to use all the systems. We admired the team that priced, designed, and sold us the packages, and we admired the wonderful team that installed a first class system.
They never missed a scheduled appointment during installation, and they always completed what they said they would complete. We had many agreed upon dates for completion and they all went like clock work. All of our systems work great and are reasonably uncomplicated. Port City Sound and Security will always be our choice for audio, AV, Data, Security, and lighting controls.
