Wow I just called in to have some help on obtaining information on the thermostats that are compatible. The operator that helped me on the technical support desk told to "GOOGLE IT UP". I requested for a supervisor for assistance. She put me on hold for "22 MINUTES!". Another person who sounded exactly like the operator who was helping me id'd herself as a supervisor was supposed to send me info on the compatible thermostats.
Still has not sent me the information. That is just not good business! I'm hoping someone calls me from corporate so I have explain then extremely poor customer service experience I had had.

Where should this all start: This yelp review is more for the Alert Neighborhood agent than for the actual business of which has come through for us with "Flying Colors" if you catch my drift? Before selecting a service we called several alarm companies and through many Q&A's, eventually came to realize that Alert Neighborhood was the ones to go with!
The agent that this review is for goes by the name of Carlos! Currently we have several contractors that we work with on a weekly basis and few are always as willing to work with us as CARLOS and I should also mention are as easy to get along with; OH MY GAWD THIS MAN IS (and btw, fyi) there is no other word that comes to mind than AWESOME and on so many levels, absolutely kicks butt when it comes to the patience that he has shown in explaining, showing, and illustrating to us the various ways of handling the present situation, which has been several, to us as customers.!
