Secure Systems is by far the greatest alarm company in the Kern County area. We were, unfortunately, burglarized on a Friday morning and our alarms system was not up to speed. I knew that we needed to get the alarm system going, yet, I had not contacted anyone to do the work. Necessity is the mother of invention, so once we were burglarized, I knew we had to fix the alarm.
I started thinking of who I knew that had an alarm company. A few years prior to this, I was in a Business Networking International (BNI) group with Molly Busacca who owns Secure Systems with her husband Bruce. She always gave interesting information about their company at our meetings. She was very knowledgeable about their company and approachable.
I gave Secure Systems a call on Saturday and left a message. I received a text response almost immediately. The message said that someone would call me on Monday morning. On Monday morning, 8 am, I received a call from Tanya at Secure Systems. So kind, sensitive, helpful reassuring! She scheduled the work we needed and by Tuesday at 5 pm. We were up and running!
I am more that pleased with the customer service, the men that came and completed the work and all for the originally quoted reasonable price. I highly recommend Secure Systems!

Very happy with Secure Systems - I placed a service call to have one of the window sensors looked at for my dad's house. The technician was on time, polite, professional, explained everything he was doing, and was very friendly to my dog. Seamless efficient business that responds immediately to any issues, which are rare to never. i am a first time alarm system owner and I have been thankful a thousand times that i have this system in place. I have the basic system which is very affordable. It is literally worth several times what I pay for it in peace of mind and customer service.
The owners are close to every aspect of their business and have a very sharp team surrounding them. I'm amazed at how their sign is in front of almost every house in most neighborhoods I am in. I would and have recommended Secure Systems to anyone considering home security.

Such a wonderful experience working with Secure! They were so quick and efficient. Answered every question and concern I had. We were new to our neighborhood and had just had a baby and they made our home feel a million times safer. I had a really bad experience with this company is such a bad company that does not care about their customers i had never had a bad company expirience with any other alarm company good suggesting is to read your contract correctly before signing that way you don't get ripped off like i did spoke to the main company owner you can say and she did not care she was rude and just cared about her own benefit not about their customer i will never recommend this company to no one

This time I failed on the follow through! Molly, my sincere apology! The rest of the story: The maker of my central vac (The name of which I don't recall & I am out of town As I write) was not interested at all in my plea, I also Called them, the part needed was on back order with no projection as to when one would be available. I called Secure Systems and spoke with Molly who explained that this type of customer service was new to them as well, the original manufacture had sold to one of the major manufacturers, that explained a lot!
The best part, however, was Molly's response: she apologized Profusely and sent the technician with a brand new central vac canister and charged only her cost, WOW! That IS customer service. I very much appreciated the new vacuum and the 5 star resolution.

Horrible customer service. Called with an issue, it took over an hour for a technician to respond. He was no help whatsoever. Customer service rep actually hung up on my husband. I would not trust this company to keep my home or business secure. They were rude, condescending and completely unhelpful. Grade F for this company.
