As a retail business owner in Mercer Co. for the past 30 years, security has always been a priority to our locations. When moving from Hamilton Twp. to Lawrenceville and back, SDI has been providing me with the quality and respect I show to my own customers. Now located in Robbinsville, NJ with 2 stores, I called again on their services and wouldn't use or recommend anyone else.

There is good reason why Security Dynamics Inc has been in business for over 30 years. We were anticipating a new kitchen remodel and needed our security panel moved. Our contractor moved up the time line by about 2 weeks and the team at Security Dynamics delivered. Their customer service team returned my call almost immediately and was able to get a service tech to my home within hours. Professionalism at it's finest!

They are so bad my landlord Richardson commercial set this company up and now I'm stuck with the bill! If I new people that I wouldn't approve the security in which I never did! Do not get this company it's the worse and to expensive!

We had Security Dynamics install basic house alarm systems for us in two homes now, and both times they have been great to work with. I have friends with the national companies that pay waaaaaay more for their monthly monitoring. John and company are great.

Security Dynamics took our money for several years and we have no proof of service. Our fire system went in to fault many times and we received no notification. We called and nobody at the office knew what we were talking about. Once we contracted an actual professional agency such as Tyco we realized that we were never serviced and now they are suing us.
