I am very happy with George and his team for getting my camera and security system up and running. I had questions after everything was installed and George was quick to respond and get me help. I even decided one of my cameras needed the view changed "just a bit" George was happy to help me. They show up late, I had to search for a company logo on one kid's hat to make sure he actually worked for them because he looked so shady. They could not install my system the way they said they would at first. I had to have them move two cameras after installation because they just completely ignored me when I said where I wanted them. This industry must be lacking in good people because "Security Professionals" is an ironic name for this business.
What a camera failed later, while it was under warranty, they came out (later than they said they would) without the correct camera. Do they not keep files? They didn't end up fixing it in the end. A friend did. My DVR and main unit is still in a place in the house that doesn't make much sense.
