I used this service for years until they were purchased by Per Mar took over. When I contacted them about sensors not working and many false alarms they wanted to charge a lot to come out to service their faulty equipment. Then they renewed my contract without notice. When I asked why they just cut my service off without notice. Poor customer service.

I acquired two antique pieces of furniture which locked with a skeleton key. I called a locksmith, the tech was very friendly but couldn't help me. He recommended Floyd's because of their experience and reputation with old locks. Today Craig came out, diagnosed the problem and used his Dremel to refine the key and pouff magically opened 11 locks! This (middle age) gentleman has never done any other job.
He was professional and extremely punctual. I'm thankful skilled people are finding companies who value them. We had already decided to use their parent company Per Mar for home security. We had a similar great experience. They beat ADT on professional knowledge, expertise and price. FIVE STARS!

Setup a free consultation visit as we were still deciding if we wanted to change any hardware in addition to the locks. Technician was on time, we showed them which doors we were thinking of changing the locks on. Left the room for a work call, and when we returned all the locks had been replaced and they requested a credit card for the bill. I called the office to discus the miscommunication and fees to change out the hardware if we decided to do so.
It was confirmed that the paperwork said "consultation". There was no discount or savings if we decided to changeout the hardware, even though the error was made on their end. The feedback was also not received favorably. Seemed to do good work, but beware they may proceed without permission and then expect immediate payment.

I asked to have all my door handles and locks checked. Doug did a fabulous job. he was informative, friendly and very efficient. Floyd put in all my locks 14 years ago. I trust them for my security. Thank you Doug, and all the staff that makes Floyd's Security a trusted company to call when a service is needed.

I had a horrible experience with Floyd. They came out tore out old security system to put in a new one. At the end of day one he was going to leave without having new security system going! Over the next week to 2 weeks they were having all kinds of issues. Had to call constantly and they had no sense of urgency. The staff was Rude, combative, argumentative and uninformative! There training was poor and Communication was non existent. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Floyd Total Security is the most AWESOME company I have worked with in years! From Chat Support, Phone conversations, Emails and on site Locksmith Support, they were very nice and courteous. I had an AMSEC gun safe that I gained possession of due to a death in the family, but no combination to go with it. Getting into it was important because of the potential of items in it needed to settle the estate.
They made their schedule fit mine. Locksmith Frank X came to my rescue. He was of a great personality, very courteous, very knowledgeable of his profession, and explained what he was doing as he went along. My location was a little over an hour away from their shop and that made no difference to them. Locksmith Frank called me to let me know he was on his way.
I have never needed locksmith services in the past and I can guarantee you that if I ever need a locksmith again, Floyd Total Security will be the only phone call I will be making and I will be asking for Frank X. Thank you Floyds.

I love this company for my security. They have been my security go to for approximately 5 years. I wouldn't go with any other company. The people in the monitoring station are five star individuals. They answer the phones promptly, they are up beat, and always find solutions to issues. The sales team was easy to work with, I didn't feel like I was another number just being rushed through the system. Lastly, the technicians are kind and competent individuals who seriously care about me as a customer and their profession. I knew I had the right company when the tech spoke highly of Floyd Total Security. I would recommend and will recommend Floyd total Security to all my family and friends.
