$4900 later, we received three small speakers and finally have the electronics in our house (almost working) "correctly". After some complicated TV setups- we requested to do away with all of the electronics that were complicating things. We opted to make it as simple as possible and just deal with multiple remotes in order to avoid further headache.
After specifically requesting they do this three visit prior- they returned and did exactly what we asked them NOT to do (fix a universal remote setup). Had to call them for a fourth time to finally get rid of the universal remote setup that we asked to get rid of to begin with. They did eventually fix most of it (some of it is no longer working again, but it's simply not worth contacting them again).
They did NOT reimburse us for the extra visits they had to do to fix their own poor work. Absolutely disgusting how much money we spent just to get one small speaker, and two tvs mounted to the wall. And after spending nearly $5000 (we already had all cameras in place)- they do not even have the decency to return our text messages over an issue that their equipment they just set up for us is no longer working properly.
