Made an appointment on Friday for Tuesday to get the combination and a key made for my safe. The guy showed up on time he was super nice and changed the combination and made me a new key. Then stuck around showed me how to unlock it and explained what was going on inside the lock. The price for the work was extremely fair. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

I had 2 keys cut and programed to my 2012 Honda Ridgeline. Very nice people to deal with.

They changed my battery in my key in les than 1min for just $5. Can't beat that.

Needed my worn out deadbolt and handset replaced. They arrived on time and fixed my lock so that for the first time in 10 years it works smoothly and is aligned properly. No more pulling and pushing to get the door locked. Service man was very polite and did a fantastic job.

Always knowledgeable staff who can explain what you need and why. Not just some crazy upsell. My most recent visit I needed a spare key for my vehicle. He offered me a key with or without the fob buttons to lock and unlock. It was a significant price difference. I really appreciated the transparency in options. Every time I deal with anyone from this store, and thier service depth, I am HAPPY. It is always a good experience. And, it's just because they seem to be genuinely good people! I'll always recommend them for duplicate keys, to locksmith work, to screen door repairs!

I will begin that I do not know much about FOG keys or a chip on the key. When I arrived I told the young guy I needed a key copy, he asked me model and year, then pulls a book to look at, and told me the price of 60.00 for a copy. I asked again the price, did not heard him well. I declined told him I just need a regular copy because my car did not had and never had a key chip.

He complained lightly but went to do the copy. My complain is can you stop and listen first before starting pulling books prices and explaining things you think I do not know. What I know is my car, and I know that it come from a dealer without purchasing this thing in 2009. Today is a common thing from dealers. You looked and sounded pushing something I do not need to make some buck. By the way, the key w/o a chip starts my car fine, as the simple without a chip car key from the dealer also did brand new in 2009.

It's nice to have a full service locksmith shop like this nearby. Sure you can buy locks, safes, doorknobs at the big box stores but they don't have people with this kind of know how!

Excellent service very quick to take care of making a key and ordering a copy!

I lost the keys to my 2013 Kia Soul, after avoiding it for about a week because I thought it was going to be very expensive and involve a tow truck. I called Serv U around 12:30 p.m. they said it could take three to five hours for them to get the codes for my key. Less than 2 hours later, I got the call saying the keys were ready to be picked up. when I got home, the car started right up and the new key even works better.

All the employees were very friendly and helpful, they said "make sure you call us if you have any problems" I didn't have any problems, they turned a stressful situation into to a great customer experience at a very low cost. i only wish I had called them sooner. they had a nice showroom with all kinds of home and business lock and door needs, so now I would now I never consider going to home d. where they sell specially made inferior products but with the brand names so if you want a "real" Master lock you should come to Serv U

They are super friendly and kind! The timely fashion is an understatement! I'm very happy with the repair that was done with my deadbolt and minor work in addition to the call I needed to make! I am in awe of how awesome the gentleman that came out! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Went there for a spare for my Jeep Wrangler today and the guy that helped me was super knowledgeable and very friendly. Excellent price compared to other shops & the dealership! I will be back if I need anything in the future.

I bought a used car with only one key and needed to have another key made up. I shopped around and Serv-U had the best price around. I read reviews that steered me away but other places were quoting such high prices. I called and talked to a representative who said they stand behind what they sell so I took a chance and am glad I did. They ordered the key using the VIN and it took about a week for the key to arrive.

They called to let me know and I scheduled an appointment to have it programmed. It took about 15 minutes. It works great. You can't tell the key I bought from the original. It gives me peace of mind to know I have a reliable spare.

Tried to get 2 keys cut and programmed. After being told 3 times how much programming and cutting is (which I knew from a phone call I had made prior to going), I was then told they didn't have time to do it. I was there at 5:30 and their hours are until 6:00, however their claim was that with the rush of a crowd and short staff they couldn't do. it.

There was absolute no one else in the store and the programmer was standing right there saying he was leaving in 3 minutes. Apparently no one there works until close. Tried to keep my business local but apparently its not wanted or needed enough to stay until close. Many other locksmiths available that won't be so willing to turn customers away without a care

I needed a duplicate car key with a chip made for each of my vehicles. I called TWICE, once to see if they could do what I needed and what it would cost; the second time to make an appointment and ensure they had in stock the appropriate blanks. I was assured I could just walk in and that I would need my vehicle with the key. So why, WHY, do I. take time off from work to drive to their retail store to be told that they are out of stock of the blanks that I had called about earlier that day! Why?! Service-U locksmiths not only did $300 worth of work walk out your door, You will get no referrals from me. You don't value your customers time

Awesome service today. We even received a phone call saying that they would be able to come early if we wanted! The staff is extremely personable and professional! Thank you so much for your hard work. My fiance and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out!

Excellent and fast service. Key was worn out for my car so I needed a new one! They made me 2 keys nice and fast for my car and it works perfectly! Decent prices as well.

This is the place to go for any type of door hardware. One of the few places in the area that will build a lockset to your existing keys. Prices are compatible with any hardware store but section way better.

These guys did an amazing job cutting me 2 new Volkswagen keys. The guy who helped me took his time being very careful and making sure not to over-cut and ruin the keys. They were very professional and I absolutely will be coming back with anything else I need done.
