The first thing we knew we had to do when we took over 125 Oak was to make it more secure and safe for the Tennant's. We had over 10 companies come out and give us a bid on adding cameras as well as door access entry to the building. After Meeting with Craig from Stephens Electronics and walking the building, we knew right away they were the Team for the job. Stephens was not the lowest bid, but without a doubt, not only were they the most thorough with the Quotes and the only one to have us a quote the next day like they all promised, but the detail was Outstanding.

Throughout the entire process, to answering and returning calls and emails very quickly, to running the cable to the installation of the Hardware was a clean and professional job. It seemed like every time we threw them a curve ball, they were sitting there waiting for it. Kind of like they had done this before! When we were done, they presented us with a bill that had not changed at all from the original quote.

The only extra we paid were for the extra cameras we added during the process. Not only do we have a great Product but I know we have a team over at Stephens Electronics that will be there to support and help with any issues that arise. I am more than amazed at the timely manner, on a Sunday afternoon, no less, that Stephens Electronics was able to remotely make sure that our key fob accessible gym door was disabled so that no one was allowed to come into the gym until all of the broken glass was removed and the broken window was replaced. Even though the owner was 500 miles away, he got back to me after my initial call to the company about our predicament within 10 minutes, disengaged the door, and re-engaged the door within seconds of me contacting him that it was okay to re-engage. This isn't the first positive experience we've had with them but this was the most impressive I've seen. Wouldn't do business with any one else!

Over the years we have had construction issues that effected our security system and Stephens was always available in a very timely fashion to assist us. These guys use the latest technology, everything I need is right on my phone, or at my fingertips if I need help. I have used Stephens Systems for our business and home alarm systems for many years. They are highly professional, prompt and really easy to do business with. One of the things I like best is their ablility to stay on the "cutting edge" with all the security system technology. They will also show up at your door with uniformed staff. The fact that they are "locally owned and operated" also is very important to me as well.

Never had any issues with the system or monitoring. Needed service a few times and they follow thru as expected. Phone service is fine.
