Wayne was great. I live in Georgia and needed help getting my CCTV equipment back online for my property in New York. The old company that installed the system either went out of business or moved and I couldn't get there help or get access to the password to get into the system. Wayne went to my property, called when he arrived there and looked at the system.

He called me and said he was going to get his laptop and come back. Within 30 minutes I was back online and viewing my property in Brooklyn with no problems! He somehow got into the system, updated it, made a new password and got my cameras back up and running. And the best part of it all.he didn't charge me a lot of money! Thanks Wayne!

He carries a lot of replacement parts on his truck, so, repairs are usually on the first call/visit. I recommend Wayne to other Landlords.
