We converted our business from a national company to Colorado Springs Alarm about half a year ago. We have a 110,000 sq ft facility with offices and manufacturing areas. There is no comparison to the service we receive. Alarm calls are accurate every time with skilled technicians. The owner provides the most thorough customer service you could hope for.

I had Colorado Springs Alarm install a system after a break in, and I couldn't be happier. The ability to arm or disarm my system remotely is great. And they reach out to me any time they notice that something with my system seems to be out of whack. Once, I took down a sensor to paint a door and forgot to reinstall it, and they gave me a call to make sure everything was alright. I've felt much safer since I've started working with Colorado Springs Alarm.

So far I have been very happy with the experience we've had with Roger. He helped walk me through setting up the permit required by the city (which my prior company had not kept active meaning that even if they had discovered an issue CSPD would not have been able to do anything about it). It's clear that Roger cares about his business and his customers. He has also been awesome at answering my questions quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Colorado Springs Alarm to others.

CSA installed our original alarm system when our house was built in 1994. We have worked with Roger Patterson for 26 years now through several upgrades. Very professional and knowledgeable not to mention timeliness of work schedule. We would not think of changing systems. Very happy with CSA and highly recommend their work and system.

It has been our great pleasure to work with Roger Patterson of Colorado Springs Alarm. We asked him to take our existing wired alarm system that was installed in the mid 1990's and convert it to work on his cellular-based system. His incredible expertise, dedication, and patience were clearly evident throughout the entire process. Without the benefit of a manual detailing our system, he reverse-engineered the system and successfully connected it to his cellular system.
He also patiently answered all of our questions so that we fully understood how our old system would perform with his hardware and monitoring service.
