I called Allstate because I wanted to have an armed response to alarms. I had two incidents in the last six months where I called the police and they told me they couldn't send anyone to help. The first time one of my contractors was being assaulted, the second time people were breaking into a house I was remodeling. I recently bought a house in a nice neighborhood that I wanted to fix up and resell.

There were homeless people that kept breaking in and stealing the copper and vandalizing the house. We would run them off but they would come back at night. I called and talked to Amanda and she set up surveillance on the property until I could get the electricity turned back on. Then they installed a security system and could immediately send someone if the alarm was set off. This solved the problem immediately.

She put out signs and checked up on the property constantly. She texted me pictures and updates. She made it extremely easy for me. It's probably the best customer service I've ever received. It was really good to deal with someone local who was that nice and tried so hard to help. Thank you Amanda for all your help!
