After having been a customer for 19 years I would never recommend this company for any reason. We've had tons of service issues with their equipment hardware in our home. It doesn't work. However the worst aspect of this company is their service after installation. The person that handles service is rude, arrogant, and driven to over-charge any which way he can.
We've had so many issues with this person over the years that we are disengaging with this company and we'd highly recommend that you find a different company to provide alarm services.

I used Wiley Systems for alarm monitoring for years without any problems, until I tried to cancel my service and then my nightmare started. I talked to three people on three different occasions trying to get my service cancelled. Each time I was told that they would take care of cancelling my service. Several months after Audio Advice had installed my new alarm system and set me up with a new alarm monitoring company, I received yet another call from Wiley Systems asking for payment over the phone because my service had not been cancelled.
I said I had cancelled my service months ago. I was then told that the Wiley Systems people that I had talked to mislead me and that to cancel my service I had to send an email with all my personal information to cancelrequest@alarmfundingassociates.com. Already feeling duped and very frustrated at this point in time, I reluctantly took time out of my busy schedule to send them the specific email that they asked for which contained lots of personal information that they should have already had.
The next day Wiley Systems called to tell me that I have a unpaid balance for monitoring over the time period that they could not possibly be monitoring my alarm because it was a totally new system being monitored by Security Central.
I said I had cancelled my service months ago.
