We were under a time crunch to have the cameras and intrusion detection installed. J&j far surpassed our needed time getting it done early. I have been a long term customer since the early 2000s, paying on a yearly basis. When it came time to switch from their antiquated service only a few months into my recurrent year, they refused to issue a refund for the remaining period. To charge for services not rendered, especially after being a customer for so long is a very poor business practice. I would not recommend becoming a customer, but if you do, be aware that once they get their hands on your money, it is gone. In response, I spoke with the owner George twice. That is your policy.

Excellent services, Juan came to my home, and was very punctual with covid 19 mask. Juan told me that he was from J&J security and and he asked where they alarm was. it took him Twenty minutes to repair the alarm, and iam so happy he even repaired one my connector on my window that didn't work any more for free. Thanks J&J security for helping me sleep at night with no worries.
