She became involved in the security and fire industry in the 1980's when she joined Alliance Protection Service. She is active in the community and has volunteered with several community organizations such as: the Desert Valley Builders Association, the BIA, and the Resort Community Security Organization.

His background in electrical engineering led him into the computer business which he owned and operated a computer networking business for fifteen years. After joining Alliance in 1990, Charlie obtained his California Contractors License C-7 and C-10.
