Arvin Home Systems, Inc. was founded by Arvin Reed in 1976 right here in Manteca, California. Through the years Arvin developed a reputation of great workmanship, friendly service, the best products and the lowest prices. As the central valley grew and technologies advanced, Arvin kept pace. All three of his sons joined his company and today there are several AHS vans that you may see throughout central California, as well as thousands of AHS yards signs.

Arvin Home Systems is equally comfortable in both the community development and custom home realms. We know how to provide unique solutions and services because of our custom builders and we know how to meet schedules and be a team player because of our community builders. We take responsibility for our work, we know how to follow up and we know what customer service means!

We recognize that our customers include not just the builder but the homeowner as well. Our work is not complete until we have met the homeowner face to face for a demonstration of our products, and our commitment to customer service is never complete! We have learned that not every builder is the same. Each builder has different requirements and expectations. We will always do our best to work with you and exceed those expectations!

We provide 24-hour monitoring service through a U.L. listed, state-of-the-art, professional monitoring center located in San Jose. You can rest assured that if your alarm is activated, the friendly, professional staff at your monitoring center will respond quickly and effectively.

We've used Arvin Home Systems for the past 12 years. We've used them in three different houses in three different towns. I cannot imagine entrusting my home security to anybody other than them. We had them install our doorbell camera and all of our TVs snd sound systems, as well. Great company and great people!
