Unrelated to their service which already seems to be poor, a van with their logo just cut me off while we were coming to a stop on the road and didn't use a turn signal. Complimentary ABS check on my vehicle though.

Envera constantly grants access to the wrong people and bars the right people. They're rude to guests most of the time. There's one or two nice agents and the rest are awful. The app doesn't work well. Terrible service.

I live in bay port community and the gate bar hit my windshield. The gate bar was open and proceeded to drive and the bar suddenly went down on my windshield. I've been calling for two months and getting the run around. All I've heard from them is a bunch of lies they can't even give me a report back if they will fix it. Horrible communication

Worst gate company ever. They let anyone inside of the community. All visitors have to do is say they are the owners and they let them in without calling the number on file for verification. They should be sued for negligence.

Their "gate agents" (probably someone being paid minimum wage to sit on a computer at home) are some of the worst trained when it comes to service. Spent 15 minutes at the gate, SPELLING OUT a street name atleast 7 times, only for her to tell me "it doesn't exist". Her attitude needs severe adjustment as well. The supervisor came and let me in within a few seconds after verifying the address once more. It's honestly easier to wait and tailgate behind someone than to deal with this mess of a "security" company.
