Shed door lock wouldn't open. The guy from Shearer arrived 20 minutes after I called, as promised. He identified the problem as a damaged key, made a new key and checked that it worked. Prompt and reliable. Thanks.

I have been unfortunate enough to lock myself out of my home not once but twice in same year. I've called Shearer to help me out both times. Not only are they friendly but they are quick and super helpful. Praying I don't lock myself out again but if I do then I definitely know who to call. Can't thank them enough.
