We have had out home alarm service through Sentry Security ever since they purchased our original local alarm company. We have only needed service a few times in the many years we have had this alarm and each time we call we are very impressed with Sentry. They never try to up-sell us or push for more than we actually need. The service technician was on time, friendly and shared everything he was planning on doing.
A few numbers on our keypad was worn out from years of use. The technician hoped that cleaning the keypad would correct the problem, but when he took it apart we both saw that it was time to replace it. It is a pleasure working with a great, local company that is very helpful. We only had to wait a day or two from the time we called company until the repair was completed.

Sentry Security did an excellent job upgrading our 25 year old fire alarm system. They coordinated with the local fire district from planning thru the final sign off. Everything was done on schedule and as planned. Every individual we worked with was professional and answered any question we had. I highly recommend them!

We have been a customer of Sentry Security for many years and at 3 different residences so over the years I have come to trust and rely on their services, equipment and people. I just had a non emergency issue with the touch pad that I couldn't figure out - at 9:30pm - and made 1 call and 5 minutes later got a call back from a live, LOCAL technician that helped me solve the issue in less than 2 minutes. Great job Sentry! Keep it up!
