Old vendor for our building, clueless board members used them, they were in 2019 still installing COAX cameras instead of IP cameras on aged infrastructure. Probably cost us an arm and a leg. Also stay away from HIKVISION as they are BLACKLISTED by the US Government.

Keith Thorne was the Service Technician who visited my house today. I was having problems with the sensors on two of my windows. Keith was on time, professional, polite, showed me everything he was doing, and wore a mask the entire time. There's a reason I've been an All-Guard customer for almost 15 years - The level of customer service is unbeatable. Technicians like Keith make it easy to recommend All-Guard.

Likely the worse alarm company around. For 7 years we paid these people for service with old antiquated equipment with regular increases to our service contract but no more. Service and office people are rude and there many other companies who act like they want your business to deal with that nonsense. Which we left them long ago.

Valerie reached out to me in regards to leaving a review after we had our system installed last week. I don't generally write reviews but here I am leaving a 5-star review because of the great customer service I have received! I am not great with technology but everyone I worked with within the company has been very patient with me. I think I spoke with Lauren in the service department two or three times because I forgot how to a couple things the installer showed me. Thanks Lauren! And, thank you All-Guard! Keep up the great customer service!
